He is survived by: his children, Andrea Spear, Dena Thacker and Wade Adkins; his brother Donald Gene Adkins; his grandchildren, Samantha Adkins, Zack Thacker (Breanna), Jeremiah Thacker, Kevin Hopkins (Amber), Ricky Baker, Cory Adkins, Tyler Adkins and Jacob Adkins; and his great grandchildren, Trinity Tate, Xander Tate, Raelyn Thacker, Gabbi Gibson, Magnolia Callio, Violet Callio, Anzlee Thacker, Alora Thacker, Willo Hopkins, Jaxson Hopkins, Kameron Hopkins, Rockland Adkins, Ryder Adkins, Randy Adkins and Elijah Adkins.
