She was predeceased by: her father John W. Fleming; her husband Terry Osborne; her son William "Bill" Osborne; and her siblings, Vernon Fleming, Roy Fleming, Hargis Fleming, Willard Fleming and Willa Fleming Fouts.
She is survived by: her son Glen Osborne of Niota, TN; and her siblings, Robert Lee Fleming, Maxwell "Mack" Fleming and Wanda Fleming Stewart.
