It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annette Ray of Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Allen and Margaret Combs Allen; her husband Richard Ray; her son Michael Westervelt; and her sister Joyce Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan Ray, Richard Ray and Lisa Ratliff; her siblings, Ronald Allen, Yvon Allen, Ann Combs and Blanda Kay Crowe; and her grandchildren, Karson Ray, Ramsey Ray, Kiley Ray, Cassidy Ray, Keshia Edmonds, Tyler Ray and Corey Ratliff. She is also survived by five great grandchildren as well as a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4964 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
