He is survived by: his children, Phillip Johnson (Terry), Belinda Johnson Bentley and Lucinda Tackett (Garris); his siblings, Ricky Johnson (Tonda) and Mary Smallwood; his grandchildren, Josh (Crystal), Lindsey (Tony) and Haleigh (Landon); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Garron, Caylee, Aria, Wyatt, Eli and Reese.
