She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Jack" Hamlin Clevinger and Ruby Mae Huffman Clevinger; and her brother David Alan Clevinger. She is survived by: her husband George Stanley Johnson; her sons, Dr. Stan Michael Johnson (Angie) of Robinson Creek, Steven Patrick Johnson (Amy) of Virgie and Jordan Scott Johnson (Ginni) of Pikeville; her siblings, Douglas Clevinger (Sabrina) of Wilmington and Minnie Catherine Rossi of Georgetown, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Luke Stanley Johnson, Faith Susanne Johnson, David Gayle Johnson, Austin Noble Johnson, Aaron Patrick Johnson, Aden Jack Johnson and Jena Mae Johnson.
