She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bevins and Fannie Bevins (Adkins); her husband Arnold Thacker; her son Rick Thacker; her siblings, Drexel, Freddie Bevins and Virginia Garrett; her granddaughter Jennifer Thacker; and her great grandchild Waylon Coots.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Thacker of Richmond, KY, Arnold Thacker Jr. (Debbie) of Pikeville, KY, Timothy Thacker of Lexington, KY, Carolyn Stotridge (James) of Pikeville, KY and Sandra Mitchell (Paul) of Meta, KY; her daughter-in-law Ambre Robbinette of Raccoon, KY; her siblings, Johnny Bevins, Gloretta McGuire, Darlene Lowe, Joan Carol Ashcraft and Omeki Becknell; her grandchildren, Jeremy Thacker, Tabitha Thacker, Josh Thacker, Jacob Tacker, Shelly Slone, Kenneth Stotridge, Sheena Dixon, Jennifer Cerdeira, Nneka Coots, Dustin Mitchell, Ryan Thacker, Gabrielle Thacker, Luke Thacker and Hannah Thacker; her great grandchildren, Taylor Thacker, Austin Howard, Allison Howard, Abby Adams, Lily Thacker, Chris Hall, Kinley Slone, Sydney Slone, Khloe Slone, Maisie Dixon, Alexander Dixon, Amelia Dixon, Gabriel Burnette and Ethan Burnette; and her great great grandchildren, Jordyn Moland, Evalee Moland, Trent Adams and Theo Howard.
