She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Phillips; her parents, Eston Thompson and Tishie Belcher-Thompson; and her brothers, Bobby, Bill and Benny Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Phillips and Melissa Childress (Jessie); her grandchildren, Jacob Childress (Ariana), Lucas Phillips (Emma), Levi Phillips and Jasmine Francisco; and her great grandchild Theodore Childress.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
