We bid farewell to Billie Gail Stratton of Pikeville, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 9, 2026 at the age of 89. Billie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Barnette and Flora Thomas Barnette; her husband James "Jim" Stratton; her daughters, Debra Howe and Paula Glenn; and her brothers, Cecil Barnette Jr., David Barnette and Jerry Barnette.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Lockhart of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Will Lockhart (Kristen), Hannah Lockhart, David Glenn IV, Colin Glenn and Zachary Harmon; and her great grandchildren, Landry Lockhart, John William Lockhart III and Brendon Harmon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
