He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Crisp Slone and Warner Crisp; and his sister Ruth Ann Fields. He is survived by: his sister Jo Crisp Charles; his brother-in-law Richard Charles; and his nephews, Charles Ray Varney (Amy), Jared Ross Fields (Kasey) and Justin Ryan Fields (April).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Billy's memory.
