He is survived by: his nephew Steven Ray Varney; his sons, William Stacy Hunt (Lisa) of Pikeville, KY and Gerald Hunt of Meta, KY.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Hunt of Lancaster, KY.; his close friend Lula Prater of Meta, KY.; his sisters, Lorraine Thacker of Meta, KY., Phyllis Thornsberry of Raccoon, KY. and Brenda Morton (Kevin) of Meta, KY.; his siblings' children, Kimberly Varney of Meta, KY., Michelle Hale (Alan) of Georgetown, KY. and Nate Coleman; his grandchildren, Jordan Hunt (Kaitlyn), Tyler Hunt, Tanner Hunt, Isaac Hunt, Trevor Hunt, Brady Hunt, Nate Hunt, Aimee Boggs (Alan), Allyson Keene (Chase) and Taylor Hunt; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Wesley Hunt, Calyn Joelle Boggs, William Casyn Boggs, Madilyn Lorene Hunt, Caralyn Deelanie Boggs, Kohen Hank Hunt and Elena Grace Keene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
