He is survived by: his wife Mary Faye Stiltner; his sons, James Gregory Thorpe and Bobby Duane Stiltner (Betty); his grandchildren, Brandi, Sarah, Shawn and Jerry; his great grandchildren, Kendyll, Kayleigh, Avery, Emery, Olivia and Damien; and his sister Verna Hall (Elvery).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4964 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
