He is survived by: his parent Sheilla Leah Greer Slone; his sister Tamnesha LeahAnn Hernandez (Silvano) of Pikeville, Kentucky.; his aunt Lisa Stump of Pikeville; his uncle Roger Greer of Elkhorn City, Kentucky.; his nieces and nephews, Donna Hernandez, Sofia Hernandez, Logan Hernandez and Rafi Hernandez; and his cousin Joshua Greer.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
