He is survived by: his wife Pamela Stiltner Blevins; his children, Stephanie Keathley (Dwayne), Kimberly Sullivan (Clay), William Blevins (Summer) and Christopher Blevins (Brooke); his grandchildren, Ryder, Liam, Greyson, Ashir, Caleb, Cheyenne, Akira and Olivia; and his siblings, Tamera Runyon, Pamela Blevins, William and Brian Blevins.
