He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Jean Shull Kohl; his sons, Christopher William Kohl of Pikeville and Sean Alan Kohl (Melissa Chaney) of Paris; and his siblings, Erik Kohl of Pomona, Florida., Mary Elizabeth Sarno of Pomona, Florida. and Joyce Bartel of Pomona, Florida.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
