We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2025, at the age of 80, Carol Ratliff (Pikeville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Julius Ratliff; her parents, Victor Martin and Alma Martin; her siblings, Jay Martin and Edith Taylor; and her siblings-in-law, Harvey Coleman, Tony Taylor, Bennett Mullins and Jeanette Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Ratliff (Karen), Shelia McCoy (Hobert) and Becky Childers; her grandchildren, Kaila Bartley (Shane), Klarisa Schneberger (Tyler), Tiffany Coleman, April Gibson (Jared), Aaron Childers and Wesley Ratliff; her great grandchildren, Kinzlee Coleman, Jaide Bartley, Lincoln Coleman, Daniel Gibson, Dillon Carlisle and Baby Grayson Schneberger; and her sisters, Lois Coleman, Fern Mullins, Linda Ratliff (Clinard) and Polly Robinson (Miles).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Victory Temple Holiness Church (5051 E Shelbiana Rd, Pikeville, KY 41562). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
