He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Mullins and Alma Elizabeth Short Mullins. He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald Mullins (Vicki), Richard Mullins (Tammy) and Charles Mullins (Sonia); his nieces and nephews, Kevin Mullins, Ronnie Mullins, Courtney West, Martin Mullins, Derrick Mullins, Andrea Adkins, James Mullins, Zachary Slone and Emmaleigh Pettyjohn; and his close friends, Thomas and Laurie Shepherd. He is also survived by loving great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
