It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Perry (Pikeville, Kentucky), born in Martin, Kentucky, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Chad has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Perry; and his grandmother Josie Isaac. He is survived by: his parents, Delmar Perry and Patty Ann Compton; his wife Kayla Perry; his sons, Jace Presley Perry and Jett Cameron Perry; his sisters, Regina Bellamy, Shawn Campbell and Candy Compton; and his brother-in-law William Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
