He is survived by: his parents, John Rowe and Evaline Hylton Rowe; his wife Connie Sue Gross Rowe of Pikeville; his children, Charles "Chuck" Emerson Rowe (Beverly) of Pikeville, Derek Ryan Rowe (Jackie) of Williamson, Ricky Collins (Irene) of Pikeville and Kimberly Denise Thacker (Greenie) of Pikeville; and his great grandchildren, Carter Hunt, Avery Hunt, Violet Hunt, Aiden Rowe, River Pugh and Graham Wallace. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
