He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Fields Potter and Ricky Don Carter of Lexington; his stepfather Clayton Potter of Pikeville; his grandparents, Bruce Fields of Pikeville, Geraldine Fields of Pikeville, Kentucky and Phyllis Carter of Pikeville, Kentucky.; his siblings, Megan Potter Chapman of Pikeville, Nicole Carter Williams of Morehead and Colby R. Potter of Pikeville; his nephews, Eli Potter, Asher Williams, Aydan Williams and Alec Williams; and his niece Addison Jones. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and family as well as many friends.
