He is survived by: his wife Aelmira Bartley; his daughters, Amie Belcher of Pikeville, KY and Kimberly Bartley of Pikeville, KY; his siblings, Ricky Bartley of Maryland, Lovetta Patrick of Pikeville, KY and Rhonda Rowe of Pikeville, KY; and his grandchildren, Morgan Belcher, Keegan Hamilton and Hardin Hamilton.
