He is survived by: his wife Donna Farmer Baker of Pikeville, KY; his children, Dan Baker of Groveport, OH, Abby Baker, Wayne Adkins of Pikeville, KY, Phillip Adkins (Terri) of Lakeville, OH and Alisha Adkins of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Jamisen Hardwick, Sabastian Vieggs, Jackson Adkins (Mirian), Dawson Adkins, Elysha Adkins, Chace Adkins (Alyssa), David Adkins, Donovan Adkins, Arionna Wilson, Luca Edwards and Silas Wilson; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Adkins, Kyler Adkins, Ryker Sullivan, Paxton Hayes and Nevaeh Hayes; his children, Jamisen Hardwick, Sabastian Vieggs, Jackson Adkins (Mirian), Dawson Adkins, Elysha Adkins, Chace Adkins (Alyssa), David Adkins, Donovan Adkins, Arionna Wilson, Luca Edwards and Silas Wilson; and his nephew Bradley Owens (Brianna).
