He is survived by: his wife Sheryl "Frasure" Burgess; his children, David Dwayne Burgess II of Pikeville, KY and Candice Lynn Pace (Jesse) of Somerset, KY; his siblings, Larry Dean Burgess (Kristine) of Cleveland, OH and Vonita Cortez of Pikeville, KY; and his grandchildren, Conner Price, Jasper Pace, Candice Burgess, David Burgess III, John Burgess and Nick Burgess.
