He was predeceased by: his wife Lurlene Elkins Ratliff. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Mary Jo Ratliff (Chris Fleniken) of Pikeville and Billie Susan Mueller (Tim) of Louisville; his stepson Michael Lee Settle of Pikeville; his sister Mary Sallie Bellamy of Richmond; his grandchildren, Nicholas Andrew Mueller (Hanna), Christopher Allen Mueller, Samantha Nicole Mueller, William Connor Fleniken and Alexander Lee Fleniken; and his caregiver Melissa Ratliff.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Pikeville (508 Cedar Creek Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Memorial Park South Mayo (163 Johnson Cemetery Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
