She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Patrick and Osa Gayheart Patrick; and her brother Adam Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Allison Walker (James) and Jason Duff (Aimee) of Lotts Creek, KY; her brother Ernest Patrick (Brenda); her grandchildren, Maycie and Olivia (Jaden); and her close friends, Rex and Lois Gayheart.
