He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Brewer and Clemintine Meadows Brewer; and his brothers, Perry Brewer and Jack Randall Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee Damron Brewer; his children, Neal Douglas Brewer (Allison) of Pikeville and Julie Nicole Tackett (Jason) of Dorton; and his grandchildren, Macee Grace Tackett, Avery Belle Brewer, Milee Faith Tackett and Macon Stone Brewer.
