With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Kendrick (Pikeville, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Pierce Kendrick and Creasie Hopkins Kendrick; and his sisters, Nada Jean Adkins and Wilma Lee Cole. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Robinson Kendrick; his children, Stephanie Collier (Brandon) and Johnny Douglas Kendrick (Kala); his grandchildren, Jerry Douglas Collier, Nathan Bryan Collier, Ethan Tanner Kendrick and Hunter Phillips; and his siblings, Loretta Kendrick, Audrey McCoy (Dale), Patricia Goff, Edith Prater, Kathleen Pruitt, Franklin Kendrick (Evelyn), Bill Kendrick, Johnny Richard Kendrick and David Kendrick (Laura). He is also survived by loving friends and brothers and sisters.
