She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. Edmonds and Sophie Gilliam Edmonds; and her siblings, Roy Edmonds, Bobby Edmonds, Walter Edmonds, Johnny Edmonds and Margaret Auxier.
She is survived by: her husband James Mullins; her daughter Saphrona Monita Potter (Scot) of Robinson Creek, Kentucky.; her sisters, Nancy Akers of Pikeville, Linda Mullins (Jackson) of Pikeville, Lucy Bertrand (Charles) of Abbott Creek, Juanita Prater of Pikeville and Lillie M. Salisbury (Bill); her grandchildren, Jamie C. Mullins of Pikeville and Emily Kaitlyn Mullins; and her pets, Oli and Lil Bit.
