Elden Stevens Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 11, 2020, at the age of 62, Elden Stevens (Pikeville, Kentucky) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elden Stevens to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stevens and Virginia Gibson Stevens; his siblings, Juanita Baker, Hursell "Beaver" Stevens, Howard Stevens, Douglas Stevens, Melvin Stevens, Edgil Stevens, Lillian Kendrick and Ossie Johnson; and his close friend Roger Green.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Ratliff Stevens; his daughter Alyssa Stevens; his grandson Gage Aden Lee Stevens; his sisters, Violet Mullins (Kenny) of Belcher and Mary Kent of Pikeville; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lois Stevens of Sidney, Helen Stevens of Columbus, Sherri Stevens of Pikeville, Sam Baker of Minford and John Johnson of Pikeville. He is also survived by niece, nephews and friends.

In Loving Memory of Elden "Puff" Stevens Elden "Puff" Stevens, age 62, of Pikeville, Kentucky, departed this life on Saturday April 11, 2020, due to complications from the horrible virus known as COVID-19, at Pikeville Medical Center.
