She is survived by: her husband Bert Smith of Pikeville, KY; her children, Joseph Thacker of Pikeville, KY and Wanda Wood of Pikeville, KY; her niece Kimberlain Bartley; her granddaughter Jasmine Deloach; and her great grandchildren, Amiyra Wood and Jaxon Deloach.
