He was predeceased by: his father Reed Kiser; his wife Ethel Mae McCown Kiser; his mother Viola Mullins Kiser; and his sisters, Loretta Kiser and Janice Kiser.
He is survived by: his daughters, Letha Damron (Leo) of Church Hill, TN and Rebecca Kiser-Lewis (Brenda) of Caney; his grandchildren, Tayler Roberts Murphy, Heather Roberts, Roger Roberts, Haley Lindsey, Logan McCown, Alyssa McCown and James Ellis Kiser-Lewis; his great grandchild Jaylyn Noel Roberts; and his siblings, Roger Kiser (Adalene), Ricky Kiser, Ronnie Kiser (Barb), Jeff Kiser, Logan Kiser (Janet), Leon Kiser (Corithia) and Barbara Kiser Rowe (Jim). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
