We bid farewell to Eloise Farmer of Pikeville, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Eloise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Acie Thacker and Opal Thacker; her husband Edward Ravene Farmer (Ray); her son Edward Farmer; her son-in-law Chad Casey; and her pet Tim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Hurley (Spike) of Harold, KY and Donna Casey of Hartsville, SC; her daughter-in-law Laurie Farmer of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Wesley Farmer of Flatwoods, KY, Evelyn Fields (Josh) of Midway and Mackenzie Casey of Hartsville, SC; her great grandchild Brandon Johnson of Pikeville, KY; her niece Cara Godwin; and her pet Sam. She is also survived by 3 brothers, 2 sisters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
