She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ann Bartley of Pikeville, Kentucky.; her siblings-in-law, Reed S. Bartley (Delores) of Wilmington and Peggy Bartley of Elkhorn City; and her caregivers, Linda H., Linda A., Betty and Cindy.
