He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Ann Justice Ratliff (James) of Millard and Janie Carol Justice Newsom (Rick) of Pikeville, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Kathy Howell, Cindy Wetzel, Mary Beth Mullins (Brad) and Stephen Newsom (Giovanna); and his great grandchildren, Haley Wetzel, Hannah Wetzel, Zachary Justice, Olivia Howell, Kyla Mullins and Drew Mullins.
