With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Adkins of Pikeville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Mullins and Dora Mullins; her husband Ronald Adkins; and her siblings, Rebel Randolf, Geraldine Lester and Rex Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, Jody Adkins (Shelia) and James Adkins (Joanne); and her grandchildren, Brandi Davis (Mike), Dalton Adkins (Danielle), Dakota Hunter, Tess Adkins, Leslie May, Tori May, Jadan May, Michael May and Lexus Adkins. She is also survived by thirteen Great-Grandchildren.
