He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Adkins and Vina Birchfield Adkins; and his siblings, Mellie Hall, Mertie Hopkins, Myra Thacker, Dessie Charles, Ellen Dale, Phyllis Albury, Ervin Adkins and Marvin Adkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Audrey Miller; and his caregivers, Devin Keene and Angel. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren; Nineteen Great-Grandchildren.
