He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin and Madge Marie Kirk Johnson; and his sister Cheryl Lynn King. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jo Ousley; his daughter Rachel Marie Kelyn Lotz of Lawrenceburg; his sister Michelle Johnson Anderson (James Kevin) of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Jocee Dawn Ousley, Julianna Kate Miller and Marcus Ray Lotz; his aunt Geneva Kirk Pack of Cattletsburg; and his pet Sheba. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
