He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Rai Kinney; and his grandparents, Byron Coleman and Ethel Coleman. He is survived by: his children, Alexis Webb (Haley), Stephanie Bartley, Stevie Deshich, Cheyenne Comer and Justin Byron Webb (Heather); and his siblings, Shane Kinney, Pamela Epling and Sherri Gilliam. He is also survived by grandchildren and other family and friends.
