He is survived by: his wife Janet Darlene Maynard; his children, Curtis King (Katrina) of Zebulon, KY and Mindy King (Robin Mavis) of Wichita, KS; his brother Dale Maynard of Zebulon, KY; and his grandchildren, Sky Turner, Audrey Turner, Beth Turner, Maddie King and Weston King.
