He is survived by: his spouse Oleva Coleman Mullins; his siblings, Jason Mullins (Stephanie) of Richmond and Makayla Kiser (Jordan) of Georgetown; his nephew Eli Mullins of Richmond, Kentucky.; and his in-laws, Brent, Linda, Amelia and Robert Coleman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4964 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
