He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Mark King (May Lee) of Wallingford, KY and Sharon Kay Triplett of Hi Hat, KY.; his sister Amy Jo King; and his niece Rebecka King. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers other family and friends.
