He was predeceased by: his wife Velma Phillips Blevins; his son Jimmy Blevins; and his siblings, Ed Blevins and Lorraine Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Blevins, Bonnie Smith and Milton Blevins; and his siblings, Mary Blevins, Paul Blevins, Frank Blevins and Charles Blevins.
