He is survived by: his son Mark Johnson (Gloria) of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Alberta Del Rosario (Eddie) of Lima, Ohio., Jason Kinder and Heather Acebedo; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Boyd and Braylan Boyd.
