He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Webb and Lena Webb; and his brother Bill Webb. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Hinkle Webb; his daughter Kenisha Webb Muse (Tommy); his stepchildren, Marty Lynch and Kayla McCown; his grandchildren, Lillian Margaret Muse, Samuel Clinton Muse, Jaden Conn and Haylen McCown; his sister Barbara Miller; and his cousin Connie Caines.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church (331 Brushy Rd, Pikeville, KY 41571). A burial will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the John B. Williamson Cemetery.
