With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lacy Blackburn (Pikeville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 23, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelsie Blackburn (KB) and Barbara Howard Blackburn; his great grandchild Tucker Blu Childers; and his sisters, Queenie Epling and Jean Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Freda; his daughter Beverly May (Paul); his nephew Christopher Blackburn; his sisters, Georgia Fields and Justine Bradford; and his brother-in-law Jack Meade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great friends.
