She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Ratiff and Ledna Mae McCoy Ratiff; her husband Robert Scott; her children, Johnny Scott, Billy Ray Scott, Randy Scott and April Leann Scott; her siblings, Terry Ratliff, Kevin Ratliff, Lynn Sword, Brenda Farmer and Anita Hamilton; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Aaliyah, Johnny Jr., Aiden, Ledna Faith, Arrianna and Ava.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the R. H. Ratliff Cemetery (Shelby Dry Fork, Kentucky 41562).
