He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Gene and Louise Stanley Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Little Mullins; his sons, Robert Mullins (Alisha) and Justin Mullins; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mullins, Sydney Shelton (Braxton) and Kylee Mullins; his great grandchildren, Kaelynn Sullivan and Ivy Easterday; and his siblings, Carlos Mullins (Lisa), Ronnie Mullins, Bud Stanley, Anna Harrison (David) and Janet Belcher (Bernie). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
