He was predeceased by : his grandmother Brenda Sue Allen. He is survived by : his grandparents, Kiretta Mace, Chad Kelley and Jackie Sonny Allen; his uncle Chad Kelley Jr.; and his aunts, Madi Chaney and Audrea Lynn.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
