He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Collins and Bernice Collins; his brother Ollie F. Collins; and his brother-in-law Doug Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins; his daughter Sara Collins of Louisville, Kentucky.; his grandson Jake Glogower of Louisville; his siblings, Stephen Collins (Ann) of Santa Maria and Leah Dixon of Frankfort; and his sister-in-law Belva Collins.
