He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Gary Blake), Linda (Richard Webb), Dixie (Ricky Johnson) and Robert Lucas (Noah "Jay" Lucas) of Russellville, TN; and his siblings, Larry Lucas (Reba) and Ruby Lucas Elkins.
