She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Rich and Joyce Eleanor Adkins Rich; her husband Paul Keen; her siblings, Michael Eugene Rich, Ronnie Lee Rich, James Paul Rich, William Paul Rich, Clayton Rich, Ella Louise Cleaver, Linda Kay Rich and Loretta Lynn Rich; and her grandparents, Harry, Ethal Rich, Guy and Louise Adkins (Leddy).
She is survived by: her children, Paul David Keen (Angie) of Pikeville, KY, Brenda Jean Kiser (Derrick Scott) of Salyersville, KY, Shirley Rena Swiney (Richard) of Pikeville, KY and Helena Louise (Bill Cummins) of Pikeville, KY; and her siblings, Jack Rich (Brenda) of Pikeville, KY, Brenda Sue Blankenship of Pikeville, KY, Helena Ann Maynard (Roger) of Charlotte, NC and Lori Jean Rogers (Melton) of London, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
